Tanecia Threats

Founder

My name is Tanecia Threats, and I’m the founder of Major Cities Kennels. I’m a Retired United States Marine, wife, mother, and mentor. Someone who knows firsthand how life can bring you to your knees—and how healing can come from the most unexpected places.

There was a time in my life where, it wasn’t a person that helped me through some of my lowest moments.

It was a dog.

Not a therapist. Not a friend. Not even family.

A dog—unwavering, present, and loving me without question.

Dogs love unconditionally. They don’t judge.

They don’t care what uniform you wore, w About Major Citieshat mistakes you made, or how broken you feel. They simply show up with loyalty, comfort, and heart. That kind of love changed my life. And it inspired me to create something bigger.

I started Major Cities Kennels not just to breed dogs—but to create bonds.

To raise healthy, happy, well-structured French Bulldogs that bring joy, healing, and family into people’s lives. Every pup we produce is cared for with intention, socialized from birth, and named after a major city as part of our vision to become a nationwide name in French Bulldog excellence.

Our mission is rooted in three principles I live by:

People. Process. Positive Change.

Whether you’re here for a pet-only pup, an AKC-registered dog with breeding rights, or to support our Second Salute program that rehomes retired dogs with disabled veterans, you’re now part of something meaningful.

This isn’t just a business.

It’s healing.

It’s legacy.

It’s love—with four legs and a big personality.
